Is it legal to buy cannabis online?

Cannovo sells only in EU jurisdictions where the sale of cannabis and CBD products is legal, and only to verified adults aged 21 and over. At checkout, we confirm your market is permitted before any order can be completed.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2–4 business days, depending on your EU market. Every order is tracked door to door, and members get priority dispatch.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in plain, unbranded, smell-proof and tamper-evident packaging. There is nothing on the outside that indicates what’s inside.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship only to permitted EU markets where these products are legal to sell and receive. Available destinations are shown at checkout once your age and location are verified.

Do you publish lab results?

Always. Every batch is independently lab-tested and the full certificate of analysis — cannabinoid potency, terpenes, pesticides, heavy metals and microbials — is published on the product page before you buy.

What’s the difference between CBD, low-THC and full THC?

CBD products are non-intoxicating and great for sleep, stress and recovery. Low-THC offers gentle calm and suits beginners. Full-THC products are more potent and best for experienced users.

How should I dose edibles if I’m new?

What is your returns policy?

For safety and compliance, opened consumable products can’t be returned. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days, and we’ll always replace anything damaged in transit — just contact us.

Do I need an account to order?

You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you reorder in a tap, manage a subscription, and keep your order history and saved lab results in one place.

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Anytime. Subscriptions are designed to be flexible — skip a delivery, change your cadence, or cancel entirely from your account with no penalty.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and USDT — as well as bank transfer. When you place an order it is held while you pay: for crypto we show a wallet address and QR code (and email them to you), then our team confirms the exact amount and your payment before we ship. Why is crypto the best way to pay?

For private, EU-compliant cannabis purchases, crypto is simply the most reliable option. Card networks such as Visa and Mastercard prohibit cannabis transactions, so traditional card checkout is not available for products like ours. Crypto is discreet, fast and borderless — no card statements and no third-party processor refusing your order.
