Under EU consumer law you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. This right has important exceptions (below).
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed consumable products cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the product has been used. This includes flower, pre-rolls, edibles, oils, vapes, concentrates and other consumables once opened.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support@cannovo.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Do not return any item without contacting us first. We will provide instructions where a return is accepted.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method where possible. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are made in equivalent value in euros (EUR) or, where agreed, the same cryptocurrency; crypto exchange rates fluctuate. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
